As Proprietor and Managing Director of RSE, Pallavi leads policy formulation, strategic decision-making, and long-term business planning — driving sustainable growth and innovation. BE from Government Engineering College, Aurangabad.
Mr. Shankar K. Sarpate
Head – Operations
M.Tech (Mechanical) from IIT Madras. Ex-DRDO Scientist (RCMA(AA)) with 27+ years of extensive experience spanning Jyoti Ltd, Atco R&D, HAL Nashik, DRDO, Suzlon Energy, and Siemens Gamesa. IICA Certified Independent Director. Has represented India internationally in Europe for technical collaboration and client partnerships. Leads operational excellence and strategic growth at RSE.
Mr. Chandrakant Khirade
Country Manager – UK | Sales & Marketing
Over 23 years of rich international experience across the UAE, UK, and India. Expert in international sales, business development, and high-value negotiations. Currently heads RSE’s UK operations, managing key accounts and strengthening the company’s global footprint.
Ms. Tanisha S. Sarpate
Trainee Engineer | Design & Documentation
Pursuing B.Des. Former UI/UX Designer at Eager Technologies (Singapore) and Product Design Intern at iCreate (Ahmedabad). Currently a Computational Design Intern at IISc, Bangalore. At RSE, contributes to technical documentation, report finalisation, and design-led communications.
